COD Mobile Season 2 (2024)

2024 is the Year of the Dragon, and we can’t wait for Season 2—Lunar Dragon to come out for COD: Mobile. As of the new season, the Nuk3town Multiplayer map has a Year of the Dragon theme, and the Boost Assault Multiplayer mode and the new Jet Boost Battle Royale class can use jetpacks.

You can play new minigames on the floating platform Isolated, change your HUD settings more easily between game modes, get two new guns, and more.

COD: Mobile Lunar Dragon Season 2 starts on February 7 at 4 p.m. PT.

Lunar Dragon Battle Pass

There are both free and paid things in the Lunar Dragon Battle Pass. These include new Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, and more Call of Duty Points (CP) you can use to buy a Premium Pass or something from the Store.

Battle Pass Free Tiers

This season, the Jet Boost Battle Royale class and the new Type 19 Assault Rifle are two of the best things in the free Battle Pass Tiers. Some Camo skins, Weapon Blueprints, and the AGR 556—Lantern Light at Tier 50 are also free tier highlights.

Premium Pass Tiers

You can get all the material in the Lunar Dragon stream if you buy the Premium Pass. This includes Operator Skins like Isabella — Dragon Warrior, Battery — Imperial Battledress, David Mason — Claws of Iron, and Tiangu — Explosive Impact. The Type 19—Imperial Refinement, the Man-O-War—Warrior’s Redoubt, the OTs 9—Avenging Lily, the HS0405—War-Built, and the UL736—Attack Speed are some of the new Season 2 weapons that you can use to wield dragon power.

If you join the Ground Forces and buy a Battle Pass Subscription, you’ll get extra prizes every season, as well as a 10% boost to your Player and Weapon XP, discount coupons, and sometimes even lower prices on 10x crate pulls.

As a reward for Season 2, the Ground Forces give you the Shigenori — Shadow Outcast Operator Skin, the Oden — Tranquil Vision Weapon Blueprint, and the Backpack 2 — Tranquil Vision.

Nuk3town Reskin and New Mode

The Year of the Dragon version of Nuk3town lets you join in the fun. During the evening, this version of the game is set in a futuristic world full of nature that will test the skills of even the toughest Operators.

Boost Assault Mode

In this new multiplayer game, get a jetpack to help you fly. It lets you jump higher, slide farther, and get to wall runs. This mode is fun for both new and old fans of the jetpack-style gameplay that was first introduced in Call of Duty®: Advanced Warfare.

New About Battle Royale

In honor of the Year of the Dragon, the flying platform in Battle Royale has been updated. You can now use the new Jet Boost class to fly past enemy Operators.

Floating Platform

When the Battle Royale game starts, everyone will be on the flying platform where they can play two minigames and set off fireworks. There are no weapons in the area; only firecrackers are allowed. Keep an eye out for UAVs bringing gift boxes near the floating platform. Use your fireworks to try to hit them and get the loot inside. You might get gear like guns, attachments, and other consumables. You might also get a food gift box, which you can use to start one of the cooking minigames.

Keep an eye out for balloons near the station as well. Kill them to get their goods off of them. UAVs carrying gift boxes may also be seen in other parts of Isolated. Kill them to get the items they carry.

Floating Platform Minigames

Cooperative Hot Pot: Use one of the four tables on the moving platform to do something. The game can only have four teams because once a person takes a table, only their teammates can join them. A single person or a small group of people can also play the game.

The view turns to a top-down view when the game starts. To make the meals on the menu, move around the cooking area and prepare them. You’ll get points for each dish you finish in time. During the minigame, players can do a number of things, such as pick up and pass on ingredients, cook, throw away bad dishes, and add dipping sauce to finish off a meal.

Cooking Fire: To start this minigame, go to the big pot in the middle of the moving platform. Spend a food gift box to start the task, which gives you a hot pot panel in the shape of a circle. If you cook the food evenly, you’ll get high points and prizes.

New Class: Jet Boost

This new class comes with a jetpack that lets them jump higher and slide better. You can get it for free in the Season 2 Battle Pass.

Play five multiplayer games in Call of Duty: Mobile and make or log in to a Call of Duty® account. For a limited time, you can get the Legendary M4 — Royal Black Soul Weapon Blueprint. Lasts until May 22, 2024. You can only get the Weapon Blueprint in Call of Duty: Mobile.

Optimization Update

HUD Customization: Season 2 adds new ways to customize the in-game HUD, such as supporting more game modes and letting you switch between game modes without losing your choices. The current HUD will also likely be improved.

Ground War: Breach: Changes to the terrain’s height have been made to make the tank’s damage range shorter. There are also more shelters along the roads and some changes have been made in and around the castle. The HUD settings for Ground War: Breach will also be available.

Patrol Mode: More areas will be added to the Police mode, and the mode will also be improved in a number of ways.

New Seasonal Challenges and Featured Events

You can get Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Battle Pass XP, and more, like the new Spear Secondary Weapon, by completing the new Seasonal Challenges and Events.

Store Update: New Mythic Weapon and More

Mythic Type 19: You can get a new Mythic Weapon Blueprint for Type 19, which is the new weapon for Season 2. This mythic weapon has a Chinese ink drawing of the seasons changing over the course of the game. Get the Dark Shepard Umbral Imperator Operator Skin – a black and white fighter outfit with a torn cape.

Long Yun and Spear Melee Blueprint: Long Yun is a hired killer and bodyguard. He shows up in this Lucky Draw dressed as a warrior and carrying his trusty Spear, Striking Azure, which is a dangerous melee weapon that fits his fighting style perfectly.

Lastly, Kryptis — Cruel Gaze: The mercenary Kryptis hides his identity by wearing a scary tactical suit with a mask. Lucky Draw has his favorite DL Q33, Dark Void, with a galaxy-like body motion.
