It looks as if a third DLC or sorts will be coming for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. This one does not have a specific name, it is just being called an Epilogue. There have been rumors of this and with this announcement, it looks like the rumors are true. Here is a look at what was shown for the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Epilogue.

The Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Epilogue will see players going back to the land of Kitakami to seemingly finish up the story of The Loyal Three. The kid chasing them or maybe just the headband seems to be the focus of this last bit of the story.

Many players enjoyed the three supporting characters of Scarlet and Violet and wondered why they were barely in either DLC. Well this DLC shows that Arven, Nemona and Penny are not only back but pivotal to what is coming next.

The Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Epilogue Release Date will be January 11, 2024. This will likely be the first content for Pokemon released in the New Year.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Epilogue Leaks and Rumors
One of the biggest leaks for Scarlet and Violet was that there would be a third DLC. What is interesting is that this story is clearly going to be a short one because, well, we do not have to pay for it. There are going to be requirements as to what you need to do by the release date, these are seen in the trailer and listed below.
Basically, you need to beat the main game and both DLCS. The postgame event is defeating the Professor, or at least it is assumed that is the case.
The leaks claim that the leader of The Loyal Three will be the final legendary and big bad of this one. The Pokemon is called Pecharunt and you can see what it looks like in the Reddit post below.
Apparently, Pecharunt is going to take over the bodies of your friends and you are going to have to defeat them in order to stop their possession. This could end up being the battle tower that many people have been wanting as well. Or at least is a nice additional story to hold us over until the next Pokemon game is announced and hopefully released sometime in the summer of 2024.
