Founded in Berlin in 2015, the company’s platform connects talent with companies looking for on-demand staffing support. As a result, their innovative platform enables talents to conveniently fit a side job into their busy lives and partner companies to flexibly manage fluctuation in business volume. Kerstin Rothermel is the Global People Leader and CPO at one of Europe’s most iconic unicorns: Bolt. Kerstin is passionate about building strong teams and empowering employees to work together harmoniously in a supportive and motivating environment.
