After several reports of WWE 2K22 servers being down on the same day that Early Access goes live, 2K will be taking things temporarily offline.
Unfortunately, the problem persists and 2K has released a statement regarding the ongoing problem. We’ll give you all the details below.

Latest – Online servers still down
The latest news surrounding the WWE 2K22 Servers are that they’re still experiencing connectivity issues and 2K is still working on fixing it.
It’s unfortunate because today is the first day of early access, but perhaps the servers weren’t ready for such an influx of players.
Hopefully this is fixed by the end of the day, however, as more players try to play, the WWE 2K22 servers will still be overwhelmed.

WWE 2K22 Servers Down: Maintenance on the way
While the worldwide release is still a few days away, WWE 2K22 servers have now been online for a few days as Early Access gets underway.
Things were running smoothly just before Early Access and as everything went live, but outages started to be reported to Down Detector yesterday afternoon and increased into the evening.
However, exact WWE 2K22 server status remains a bit unclear as 2K has not yet launched a dedicated server status website like they have for NBA 2K.
WWE Games has now responded and notified fans that the WWE 2K22 servers will officially go offline for maintenance on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 9am PT (11am CT/Noon ET).
According to their announcement, online game features and modes will be inaccessible, but they’re aiming to have things back online after approximately two hours.
This is likely to include all online lobbies, Community Creations (though downloaded Creations should not be affected), and it will likely mean MyFACTION will be inaccessible for the duration of this WWE 2K22 server maintenance.
