How To Get The Security Keycard In Starfield
While you are at the resort, a security guard has the key you need. He does do a small patrol, but it is very hard to sneak and take the card. You will need to have the first level of Pick Pocketing to get this one as well. Before you risk taking the card from the guard, make sure you have 3000 credits to spare. If you get caught oyu can keep the card with a 3k bribe.
I’m not sure if it was bugged or not but when I tried to talk to the guard I couldn’t do anything. I thought maybe you could persuade the guard to help you out, but only stealing seemed to work for me.
Once you have the card, you can then go and complete the mission with ease.
