Catalyst Clinical Research is delighted to be recognized as the Triangle Business Journal’s “Company of the Year” in the 2023 Life Sciences Awards.
At Catalyst, we don’t take accolades or recognition earned by our outstanding team of clinical research professionals for granted. We are proud of our people and their commitment to excellence. We were ecstatic to see their hard work recognized.
The recognition was significant this year, as it was also a year we met one of our “True North” goals – a 95% employee engagement score. What does that tell us? And why does it matter?
