It was a bit surprising to see the price for this. While it is a remake, it looks as if they truly remade the entire game. So the price tag makes sense in that regard. What is interesting is that this pricing matches more with the Nintendo Switch instead of the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S pricing. They obviously could have gone for the extra $10 but decided not to which should hopefully help their fans.

For the most part this will be due to the fact that the third one in this franchise is one of the most popular JRPGs ever made and did well in the west as well as in the east.

You will be playing as a certain group of characters and will have turn-based combat. Because while the combat and RPG elements are fun, this game is most memorable for the ability to combine that with and incredible story.
