Dustwallow Marsh is a zone that requires you to have 39 skulls to go there. It has 5 stages The Raptor Run, The Hermit Alchemist, Darkmist Cavern, The Daughter of the Sea, and Wyrmbog Treasure Trove. Each of these stages has its own boss. Interestingly, 4 of the bosses are at level 39, whereas the last one is level 41.

They will do damage and slow down units that go into them, so you should try to avoid them.

The map also has a chest, a meeting stone, and a gold mine. Ideally, you should try taking the chest, followed by pushing to the meeting stone. This will allow you to attack Jaina Proudmoore faster. As you can imagine, she deals a lot of damage, but you can use an Unbound unit to distract her. Keep in mind she does not have that much HP, so you should be able to kill her pretty fast.
