“The goal of the Tech 200 is to provide unbiased, vetted information on leading products that brokers and agents use as they make key software decisions for their businesses,” said Travis Saxton, T3 Sixty’s executive vice president of technology.

T3 Sixty, the leading management consulting and analytics firm for the residential real estate brokerage industry, today released the 2023 Tech 200, its annual identification of the best technology products for the real estate industry. The 2023 Tech 200 features a total of 199 products from 78 companies.

For the first time, the Tech 200 narrows its list of leading products to a maximum of five in each of the 43 final categories. The Tech 200 also identifies the industry’s leading end-to-end platforms, or those designed to help brokers, teams and agents meet many of their tech needs in one system. Last, a Watchlist was added to identify companies making moves in specific areas. View the 2023 Tech 200.

“The goal of the Tech 200 is to provide unbiased, vetted information on leading products that brokers and agents use as they make key software decisions for their businesses,” said Travis Saxton, T3 Sixty’s executive vice president of technology. “By selecting the best five products per category and evaluating end-to-end solutions, this is the most comprehensive and useful technology list available in the industry.”

The T3 Tech Landscape

The products included in the 2023 Tech 200 are organized according to the T3 Tech Landscape, which includes six sections that match the consumer sales cycle.

The six overarching sections are:

  • Top of Funnel (18 categories): Generating initial consumer contacts
  • Middle of Funnel (9 categories): Building relationships and turning prospects into clients
  • Bottom of Funnel (6 categories): Processing or facilitating transactions
  • Post Funnel (4 categories): Engaging consumers to win repeat-and-referral business
  • Business Systems (5 categories): Refining, forecasting and optimizing businesses
  • Platforms: Providing integrated tools in one solution

Platforms

In the new Platforms section, five solutions were highlighted that provide brokers, teams and agents with technology that covers multiple levels of the T3 Tech Landscape.

Featured in the list of five are (alphabetically):

  • Delta Media Group
  • Elm Street Technology
  • Inside Real Estate
  • MoxiWorks
  • Rechat

“While we work with dozens of clients who are looking for single-use products they can plug into their tech stack, we also know that the ideal end-to-end platform remains the ‘holy grail’ of real estate technology,” said Saxton. “With so many companies building and acquiring technology to create an all-in-one solution, it was time to specifically call out today’s leaders in that field.”

Methodology

T3 Sixty analyzes thousands of products as it finalizes the Tech 200, taking into account the depth, breadth and reliability of each product, its market share, client satisfaction and adoption metrics, as well as its marketplace reputation, long-term viability and company stability. Featured products must either be available for standalone purchase or so valuable that a broker, agent or business owner would purchase the full platform based on the strength of that product alone.

“Each of the products featured on this year’s list are best-in-class solutions,” said T3 Sixty’s president and CEO Jack Miller. “At a time when many business owners are tightening budgets and looking for the best ways to allocate their dollars, the Tech 200 is a powerful asset they can use to make their most important technology decisions.”
