Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is back! Okay, not everyone will be cheering for the return of this maligned live service project, but with the game set to release in just two and a half months — on the 2nd February — Warner Bros. and marketing partner PlayStation have no choice but to try and kick the hype machine into gear.
And so here we are, with a 19-minute dive into the co-op-focused action title. There’s a lot of new PS5 footage on show here, alongside developer commentary covering both the game’s main story and its core gameplay mechanics.
For the record, we don’t think Suicide Squad looks bad — it just comes off as a bit… uninspired right now. Although having said that, the traversal does look like a lot of fun. We’ll obviously be learning much more about the title in the coming weeks, so here’s hoping that it all starts clicking before its launch next year.
