January 1st brought us a new event to Lords Mobile. Some of you are crying like usual, but most of us are actually excited about it. The honest truth is that the Kingdom Labors is really good for F2P players. The Kingdom Labors is a little like Guild Fest but without all the guilt…

What is Kingdom Labors?

The Kingdom Labors is a Lords Mobile Event with tasks (labors) that appear every week that will result in a bunch of prizes. At each 100 point milestone you will receive another prize (or two prizes if you’re P2P). After you reach 4,000 points you will be able to receive a chest (or two chests) for each extra 100 points that you manage to get.

Some of the labors will have time-periods that you can unlock them. They will have a time clock in the top right corner.

Each week (7 days), a new chapter will unlock together with a whole bunch of new challenges. At the end of the month, the Kingdom Labors will reset and all the points will go back down to zero.

Road to Riches Prizes

The prize system is really straight forward, and unlike the Guild Fest where you have to wait until the event is over, in Kingdom Labors you will be able to receive the gift straight away.

The bad news is that aside for the Technolabes and Archaic Tomes, the rest of the prizes are really lame. I was hoping to see some monster chests and army boosts, but there are just lots of resource stuff and speed ups.

Also, if you scroll too fast through the prizes you will get a headache. Don’t try it!

The Silver Pass is the lower section of the prize rung and when you click each button, the prize will be accepted. The top rung is for those who purchase the P2P Gold Pass.

Once all the prizes have been collected, you will be able to accept Silver Labor Chests for each 100 points. Just click the button. This really isn’t rocket science!

Pay to Play Option

I have a whole article dedicated to which Pay to Play options in Lords Mobile are worthwhile. This new update kinda belongs on the list now. It’s really good!

It can be unlocked for $4.99 with future updates costing $5.99, but – and here’s where IGG do what they’re best at – if you buy in straight away, you can continue to get the cheaper price in the future.

To summarize, the Technolabes live up to the hype. They’re really cool! And they will make your researches go much much faster.

Collect as many as you can. Honestly it these Technolabes that make the entire Kingdom Labors Event noteworthy. They are also what makes the P2P $5 option so desirable!

Tips and Tricks

Here are some tips and tricks. As I discover more hacks, I keep adding to this list:

• Don’t finish off tasks right before the new chapter loads. Wait until it loads so that you may be able to get the labor points.
• Focus on the items that have the clock next to it. Don’t push it off, because you might miss the deadline.
• Click on the box first and read the instructions. Some of the icons are very misleading!
• Believe in yourself. Yeh, that’s not a tip. In fact it’s a whole load of garbage…
