You know what’s the sentence we heard the most during the last two months? “When BSL10 Starts?”, “When BSL will come back?”. Finally we can answer:
BSL10 STARTS NOW – GO SIGN UP AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS.
It has been a year since we announced that BSL signed up a contract with Blizzard for BSL Season 7, 8, 9 and 10. After BSL7 we found two more fantastic sponsors – eSport.fund and liquipedia.net – which allowed us to increase the prize pool even more. When we started, it felt for us that it will take forever to organize four seasons of such a big tournament, but now we have only one season left. The grand finals, the last battle, the ultimate championship. It needs to be the best, it needs to be Bombastic. And it will be. #StayHomeAndBeBombastic

How do I sign up?
- Create a new account using the BSL10- tag on any gateway
BSL10-YourNickName, e.g.: BSL10-Hatchet, BSL10-Awerti, BSL10-ZZZero, .. - Head over to: https://bombasticstarleague.com/tournaments/bombastic-starleague-10/bsl10-ladder-stage
- Register on the site and add your in-game account to the rankings
- Launch StarCraft: Remastered and start laddering!
The Ladder Stage commences on August 23 and closes on September 11 at 23:59 CEST
-> If you want to play a SMURF during a ladder stage, you must notify Admins about it. This information will remain among BSL admins until the end of the ladder phase. People who qualify on a smurf without notifying the administrators will be removed from the tournament.
How do I qualify for each division?
- The top 20 players from BSL10 Point Ranking get seeded directly to BSL10 ProLeague
- The top 8 players from the Ladder Stage get seeded directly into BSL10 ProLeague [Required minimum 40 games]
- The top 9 – 24 players from the Ladder Stage will play in the Last Chance Tournament for the last spot in BSL10 ProLeague. Tournament will be hosted on September 12 before the group draw ceremony;
- Players ranked #9 to #41 from the Ladder Stage get seeded into BSL10 GosuLeague [Required minimum 30 games] **
- All remaining Ladder Stage participants who completed at least 20 ladder games and will confirm their participation on Discord will get seeded into BSL10 ChoboLeague
** #9 – #41 – minus one player who qualified to Proleague;

Race Wars Rules

b) TOP5 zergs, TOP5 terrans and TOP5 protosses on BSL10 Ladder on the playday can represent their race;
c) TOP1 player of each race will be the captain and will decide which player is playing first/next;
d) Highest seeded captain(in BSL ladder) decides which race they are facing first, then winner vs another race;

ProLeague
- Ro32 Group Stage – Eight groups of four players each, double elimination, first three matches – best-of-one, last two matches – best-of-three. The top 2 players in each group advance to the Ro16.
- Ro16 Group Stage – Four groups of four players each, double elimination, best-of-three. The top 2 players in each group advance to the Ro8.
- Ro8 – One round robin style group, best-of-three, the top 6 advances to the final stage.
- Final Stage – stepladder playoffs: 6th place finisher vs 5th place finisher → winner vs 4th place finisher → winner vs 3rd place finisher → winner vs 2nd place finisher → winner vs 1st place finisher (Grand finale).
GosuLeague

- Ro8 and Ro4 – Single elimination bracket, best-of-five.
- Grand finals – Best-of-seven.
Same as previous season, newcomers of Choboleague will have an opportunity to have some coaching from the best Gosu and Pro League players. If you feel like you need some help in improving, this is the best league for you!

First maps for each round:
RO32 Group Stage:
Game 1 & 2 = Eclipse
Winners Match = Reap the Storm
Losers match & Advancements match = Optimizer
RO16 Group Stage:
Game 1 & 2 = Benzene
Winners Match = Sylphid
Losers match & advancement match = Polypoid
Choosing second / third map rules: winner bans one map, loser choose map from remaining maps in the map pool.
RO8 Bracket:
All matches during the RO8 Round Robin are bo3. All vetoes and map picks need to be made before the matches. The player with the higher ladder stage ranking can decide if they want to veto first or second. The order for vetoes is
ABAB ABC for BO3 and AB ABABC for BO5.
Example of vetoes for the BO3 match:

player A picks the first map
player B picks the second map
the remaining map will be played in the decider match
Once all vetoes and mappicks are done you can start the matches.

3rd place – $600

2. The tournament is residency locked.
The goal of the Bombastic StarLeague is to focus on the development of players outside of Korea. Therefore, only players that are living outside of South Korea can participate in this tournament.
3. Racepicking
Upon confirming their participation, players need to declare race and matchups they play for the entire season.
4. Regular match rules
- Players must be online and available on Battle.net channel Op BSL (Europe) 15 minutes before their scheduled match. Secondary channel of communication is BSL Open Discord server.
- 15 minutes after scheduled time, if one of the players not responding, his opponent may claim a technical win for one game.
- 15 minutes after that he can claim a win for the whole series.
5. Playing matches before the schedule
- Every match prior to the Elimination Stage can be played ahead of schedule if both players and admins agree.
- Contact your opponent and set up the date to play. We strongly suggest using BSL Open Discord for this so admins can keep track of things.
- On the selected day, play your match. Apply the same rules as for a regular match – use Op BSL and Discord to communicate.
- If both players were unable to play on their selected date/time or weren’t able to set one up, match should be played as it was scheduled.
- It is not allowed to livestream your games or announce the result if you are playing your match earlier.
- Winner of the match must upload the replays to the admins.
6. Latency
Default Turn Rate setting is DTR. If both players agree, Turn Rate setting can be changed.
7. Disconnects
If one of the players gets disconnected from the game before the 2-minute mark, the game must be replayed. If one of the players had an advantage after the 2 minute mark, the decision is up to the admin.
8. Casting the game
Everyone should allow ZZZero or another official caster to join the game for broadcast.
9. Prize distribution
Winners of cash prizes are required to contact the organizer to agree on the desired form of payment of the prize. Contact should be via discord. The cost of sending funds and commissions are covered by the recipient.
10. Personal data
Anyone who is participating in the tournament agree to the processing of their personal data, which they made available to the organizer or which are accessible publicly.
11. Additional info
Anyone who is participating in the tournament and is listed in the PEP, SDN or OFAC lists is obligated to contact the organizer.

From ~800 to ~1850, based on previous seasons. Choboleague has a huge skill range. The first round will have large groups and plenty of games. Main goal of Choboleague is to have fun
