Ngày nay, Visa công bố một bộ khả năng thanh toán mới có tên Visa Commercial Pay. Đây là bộ công cụ thanh toán B2B nhắm vào các tập đoàn.
Một phần của bộ sản phẩm là khả năng thêm thẻ ảo của công ty vào ví kỹ thuật số của nhân viên như Apple Pay hoặc Google Pay. Điều này mang lại khả năng kiểm soát chi tiết hơn đối với chi tiêu của nhân viên vì thẻ ảo có thể được cung cấp theo các giới hạn nhất định với những người bán cụ thể.
Đây không phải là một ý tưởng mới, các công ty thanh toán B2B như Ramp và Brex đã phát triển khả năng phát hành thẻ công ty ảo như thế này nhưng hiện tại Visa mới cung cấp khả năng này.
Đối tác ngân hàng đầu tiên của họ về công nghệ này là Ngân hàng Khu vực tại Hoa Kỳ Visa cũng đang triển khai các khả năng thanh toán nâng cao này cho khu vực Mỹ Latinh và Caribe.
Mặc dù fintech đã tạo ra nhiều đổi mới trong không gian chi tiêu của doanh nghiệp, nhưng người ta dễ quên rằng những khả năng này phần lớn chưa được mở rộng cho các ngân hàng truyền thống. Visa đang tìm cách thay đổi điều đó.
