As the PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-quality, cross-channel performance strategy to acquire new customers through PPC channels, including search, display, social, and native advertising. In addition, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing and other members of the Global Marketing Team to create, optimize, and report on effective PPC campaigns.

You should understand the importance of continuous optimization, driving acquisition costs down without compromising on quality. You should also value customer experience and be able to deliver a flawless customer journey.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a candidate who is willing to work in a high-pressure environment and is dedicated to delivering better results, time after time. You should be passionate about digital marketing and ready to adopt a test-and-learn approach, leveraging insights to provide rationale and results.

You should have proven experience using social media platforms and PPC campaign software to be considered for this role. You should also have an in-depth understanding of Google Analytics, attributions, and Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with other platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, is also required. A BSc/BA degree in a relevant subject and three years of experience working in this or a similar trading/financial industry position are also necessary.

Behavioral skills are critical for this role. You should be an analytical thinker with creative problem-solving capabilities. You should also be well-organized with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills. Writing concise and concise briefs and verbal communication skills are also essential.
