TeamOne Round Out Roster With Xns

TeamOne have acquired Enzo “⁠xns⁠” Henrique from Santos, the Brazilian organization has announced. Meanwhile, Cássio “⁠cass1n⁠” Santos, who has been sitting on the Pedro “⁠Maluk3⁠” Campos-led team’s bench since mid-March, has been loaned out to the same organization.

xns takes skullz‘ place on the roster after the latter was temporarily benched from TeamOne on Thursday due to personal reasons. The move marks the second change in the Brazilian squad within the past month and a half following their decision to put cass1n, their sixth man, on the sidelines.

TeamOne are set to take part in the qualifying process for the first North American Regional Major Ranking tournament of 2021, cs_summit 8. As the Brazilian side did not receive an invitation to the main tournament or the closed qualifier, they will have to go through one of the two open qualifiers, set to run from May 1-2 and 8-9.

With their newest recruit, Maluk3 & co. will be hoping to turn things around after a difficult start to 2021, which saw them lose the vast majority of their matches in the IEM Katowice Play-in, Snow Sweet Snow 2, Pinnacle Cup, ESL Pro League Season 13, and the Funspark ULTI 2020 Europe and drop from 24th to 56th place in the ranking.
