Rainbow Six Extraction system requirements can make or break a player’s expectations when it comes to playing the newest addition to the Tom Clancy franchise. Being a spin-off of the original version, this game finally arrived on shelves after its release was pushed because of the Covid-19 pandemic. For PC players, this game will not be available on Steam but instead will be available on Epic Games.
Initially released on Jan. 20, 2022, Rainbow Six Extraction takes on a twist of fighting an alien invasion with 18 operators at players’ disposal. And with the game’s release also came a list of system requirements that PC players will have to cross-reference if they want to begin playing the newest addition to the series.
Low 1080p
High 1080p
High 1440p
Ultra 2160p
It is mentioned to have a Windows 11 operating system, but the minimum that any player can have is a Windows 10.
For many players who don’t know much about specs on a computer, these figures may look a little intimidating. In order to find this information and cross-reference from the list that was given, going into one’s settings will be the best option.
First, go into the system tab in settings to find storage and the tab that says “About.” Storage will list how much available space one has left on their computer, while the “About” will list the computer’s CPU, or processor, how much RAM is installed into the computer, and what operating system is installed into the computer.
Finally, to find the GPU, or graphics card, search in settings “Device Manager,” once there, find “Display Adapters.” Under “Display Adapters,” listed is the graphics card that is installed into the computer.
Once all the specs are found on the computer, cross-referencing the information becomes much easier to see.
