Plus500 (LON: PLUS), an Israeli retail broker listed in London, today (Friday) announced the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and External Director, Anne Grim has stepped down effective immediately. The move came as her three-year term in the position ended.

The broker pointed out that it intends to reappoint her in the role again later.

Grim joined Plus500’s board in 2020 following the approval from the company’s shareholders. She brought three decades worth of experience in the financial services sector to the table. Across her career, she has held senior roles at well-known financial institutions, such as American Express, Barclays and Wells Fargo, among others.

An online bank, N26 has appointed Claudio Bedino as the General Manager for Italy and Southeast
Europe. Bedino, who is replacing Andrea Isola, will focus on expanding the bank’s
presence and product offerings in these critical markets.

Bedino brings
extensive experience from the fintech sector, including co-founding Oval Money
and founding Starteed, two prominent startups in Italy focused on financial
awareness and crowdfunding, respectively.

Global Technology and Operations business. Simpson brings over 30 years of
experience in financial services and will focus on enhancing client
relationships and accelerating product initiatives. He will report to the Broadridge President, Chris Perry and GTO President, Tom Carey.

Tel Aviv-based Zotapay, a payments services provider, has bolstered its management with the latest hire of Ido Yerushalmi as the new Chief Revenue Officer. Although his appointment was announced recently, his LinkedIn profile shows he assumed the role in July.

Zotapay primarily offers Alternative Payment Methods with easy integration options for businesses. It also provides PCI-hosted payments and multi-currency support. As seen on its website, Zotapay has “partnered with more than 500 acquirers” over the past few years.
