The team at Nexon has detailed the new content dropping today as part of Warhaven’s Pre-Season 2 mid-season update.

A unique location in its universe, The Hangar map makes its way to Warhaven as part of this update.

This home of the wyverns is used for transportation to and from the immortals’ battlegrounds. Included in it is an airbase for troop housing and deployment, alongside a safe house for the storage of magical artifacts known as Divine Stones.

Note that a large-scale, 12v12 variant of the reclamation game mode will be available exclusively for The Hangar, where teams must secure a Divine Stone, transport it to a predefined evacuation point, and escape with it before their opponents.

This mid-season refresh will also pay host to the “Artic Hangar” event from January 10-24 and the “Jade Dragon Rising” event from January 24-February 7. Both events will feature rewards like skins for soldiers, avatars, and profile cards, running in tandem with Twitch Drops campaigns.

Now in Early Access, all those looking to enter the fray can download Warhaven on its official Steam page. Warriors can also join the conversation via the official Warhaven Discord server.
