Take the Grand Lift of Dectus to the Altus Plateau. Talk to Preceptor Seluvis about Radahn’s Festival while finishing Ranni the Witch’s tasks. After completing the first task to begin Shadow of the Erdtree, you can now go to Redmane Castle to meet Starscourge Radahn.

How to defeat Mohg, Lord Of Blood?

Head west of the Consecrated Snowfield. Complete the quest line for White Mask Varre and make use of the Pureblood Knight’s Medal. You can now move on to Shadow of the Erdtree after slamming Mohg. Just make sure you’re at the appropriate level, which you probably will be after beating both bosses.
