It’s the start of a new year, and as is tradition, a new Choose Your Legends event has just started in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Voting has opened for Choose Your Legends: Round 8, with players able to vote for their favorite characters from across the entire Fire Emblem series. Once voting has concluded, the top two male and top two female characters will appear in Fire Emblem Heroes at a future date sporting special Choose Your Legends outfits.

In the interest of variety, winners of previous Choose Your Legends events are excluded from the voting pool. Additionally, players cannot vote for Ike (Radiant Dawn), Masked Marth, Hector (Binding Blade), Eliwood (Binding Blade), Flame Emperor, and Marth (Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light / Shadow Dragon) and Soren (Path of Radiance). However, a tremendous amount of characters will still be featured in the voting pool, including 59 new candidates from Fire Emblem Heroes and Fire Emblem Engage.

You can participate and vote in the Fire Emblem Heroes Choose Your Legends: Round 8 event here, although doing so will require signing into a Nintendo Account. Participating in the vote will also reward players with exclusive wallpapers and Platinum Points on My Nintendo. We’ll follow up on the event once the results are posted.
