The couple paid $780,000 for the property in 2021, but have since undertaken a major renovation that was only completed early this year.

The beautifully renovated kitchen features gold tapware, a freestanding cooktop, a breakfast bar, and a serving window.

The master suite includes a walk-through robe, a double vanity ensuite, and a skylight.

A large, turfed backyard with established trees offers plenty of space.

The couple have spent the past couple of years renovating the home.

The property is only a short drive to local shops, Hastings Street, medical facilities, and sought-after schools.

The home was sold by Imika Neylan of Dowling Neylan.

The newly renovated home features an all-white kitchen with gold tapware.

Siblings George, Amy and Emma of the band, Sheppard, are relocating to Nashville with their partners in October in a bid to embrace their biggest fan base.

They released their last album, Kaleidoscope Eyes, in February 2021 while Australia was still dealing with the fallout from the height of the Covid pandemic, so will use the US to promote it again.
