AviaGames’ mascot smiles no more as this beaver is being sued early next year following claims of using bots within their real-money skill-based games. The titles released by this gaming company are intended to be player-on-player games with the chance to win real cash.

Games published by AviaGames claimed to be winnable by human skill rather than blind chance. Though now accused of fraud, it seems the loyal player base matches up to bots instead of other people. The bots programmed into the games always had the strategic edge and outclassed the human match-ups hauling in more profits for AviaGames.
The allegations initially stem from Skillz, who accused AviaGames of copyright infringement for their advertisements and Big Run’s game on the Skillz platform. During the investigation back in October, it was uncovered by Skillz that AviaGames had been pitting players against unbeatable bots.
This spiraled into a deeper beaver den as the accused is now facing court for illegal gambling, fraud, and racketeering. Skillz and AviaGames will be attending court on February 2nd, 2024.
“The entire premise of Avia’s platform is false: instead of competing against real people, Avia’s computers populate and or control the games with computer ‘bots’ that can impact or control the outcome of the games,” Quote from the complaint against AviaGames.

AviaGames is known for its variety of apps that can be enjoyed by casual and determined players. Games such as Bingo, Pool, and Solitare amongst many other well-known games feature on their platform. However, this is under the guise that you can win real cash if you beat other human players.
