Speakers From Golioth:

Chris Gammell: Developer Relations Lead, Golioth

Chris Gammell is an electrical engineer, podcaster, and design consultant from Durham, NC. He has over 20 years of electronics design experience, working for companies in the industrial, silicon, communications, and test and measurement space. His is Developer Relations Lead at Golioth, an IoT SaaS startup building infrastructure for IoT deployments. Previously through his work at Analog Life Consulting, he created hardware and firmware designs for clients ranging from connected sensor networks to wearable performance tracking. He also has been running The Amp Hour podcast for more than 10 years, a weekly, hour-long show discussing trends throughout the modern electronics design industry.

Mike Szczys: Developer Relations Engineer, Golioth

Mike is a Developer Relations Engineer at Golioth. His deep love of microcontrollers began in the early 2000s, growing from the desire to make more of the BEAM robotics he was building. During his 12 years at Hackaday (eight of them as Editor in Chief), he had a front-row seat for the growth of the industry, and was active in developing a number of custom electronic conference badges. When he’s not reading data sheets he’s busy as an orchestra musician in Madison, Wisconsin.
