Opteamix LLC, a global leader in digital technology services, has been actively expanding its leadership team to support its next phase of growth and announces the appointment of Goodney Zapp as its new Senior Vice President | Government Services. Goodney brings to the team deep program management and technical experience – with a background spanning diverse industries, including Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Media and Entertainment, and technology companies. In her new role, Goodney will provide complete leadership for the company’s Government-related partnerships to implement strategies aligned with Opteamix customer business and operations.
In her previous roles, she transformed large enterprises and startups while keeping the customer experience central to the design and execution of technology and organizational roadmaps. As a business transformation and process optimization leader, she has first-hand experience assembling the perfect combination of people and resources to elevate organizational governance and service delivery for multibillion-dollar enterprises.
Before joining Opteamix, Goodney was with Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Director leading and managing complex, high-stakes business transformation, and process optimization engagements. She also served as Regional Delivery Director at Ciber where she oversaw engagements for the company’s most profitable region, leading efforts for clients in the aerospace, telecom, and media and entertainment sectors.
Goodney has previously held senior leadership roles leading high-performance software development teams for some of America’s well-known companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Auburn University, where she serves on the Geosciences Advisory Executive Board and supports the Society of Women in Science and Mathematics.
