Labyrinth deLux is a Sci-fi Puzzler Awaiting Liftoff in March

Date:

The gaming release schedule for virtual reality (VR) titles is starting to build up nicely, and gmw3 has spotted another to add to that list; Labyrinth deLux – A Crusoe Quest. Developer Enigma has revealed that its space-based puzzle title is set to arrive for SteamVR and Meta Quest in a couple of months.

Labyrinth deLux

Taking inspiration from the likes of Talos Principle and God of Light, Labyrinth deLux – A Crusoe Quest is a laser-based puzzler that blends Mayan and Aztec culture into its sci-fi gameplay. Featuring a narrative where you’re a space trucker Robin pulled wildly off course into an abandoned space station, there are 16 puzzles to solve.

They all revolve around the manipulation of light, having to bounce the beams around evermore elaborate rooms using mirrors and prisms. As Labyrinth deLux – A Crusoe Quest is in space, just to make things extra tricky there’s no gravity, so you’ll be able to walk on ceilings and walls to find the solution.

Adding further depth to the whole experience, as you solve each puzzle you’ll uncover more about the long-lost alien race that used to inhabit the station. Describing Labyrinth deLux – A Crusoe Quest Enigma says: “The game is packed with intelligent puzzles as well as classic films and pop culture easter eggs to delight sci-fi fans, who will feel at home despite feeling like they are lightyears away.”

Labyrinth deLux – A Crusoe Quest is currently scheduled to arrive for SteamVR and Meta Quest on 3rd March 2022. You can catch the first gameplay trailer for it below.

As for other March VR releases, only one other has been confirmed so far, Warhammer 40,000: Battle Sister for PC VR headsets. As further titles for March are revealed, gmw3 will let you know.
