Brooklyn’s waterfront is the hottest place for New York celebs right now — with renowned music star Kendrick Lamar, just dropping US$8.6m (AU$13.1m) for a triplex penthouse.
The west coast-based rapper once controversially claimed he was the ‘King of New York’ in his hit song ‘Control’, and it looks like the self-proclaimed king has found his three-level castle in Brooklyn.
Screen stars Matt Damon and Amy Schumer also own condos there, and it’s where pop star Ed Sheeran is also renting a pricey home.
