How to Save Your Game in Shadow Warrior 3

Date:

Shadow Warrior 3 (1)

Out now on PC and consoles, Shadow Warrior 3 is the latest entry in the over-the-top first-person shooter series by Flying Wild Hog.

Lo Wang is back, and this time he’s got a giant dragon to kill. Needless to say, the adventure that follows is full of gory fast-paced action as Wang shoots and slices his way through one environment after another. Shadow Warrior 3 isn’t the biggest game in the world, but you are going to want to save your progress as you set about completing it.

To save your game in Shadow Warrior 3, you do… nothing. A robust autosave system is in play here, and there’s no way to manually save your game at all. Some might not be all that happy about it, especially those who save scum, but on the whole the system works rather well.

Your progress is automatically saved at key checkpoints – typically after battles and challenging platforming sections. So, even if you die or something bad happens like the power goes off, chances are you’re never going to lose more than a few minutes worth of progress.

While you can’t save or load your progress manually. You can at least revert to the last checkpoint if you need to for some reason. Simply pause the game and you’ll see the option to do so.
