Battlefield 2042 is getting a 10-hour trial exclusively for certain premium gamers starting Nov. 12. This trial offers the chance to try out the game for a substantial amount of time before committing to a purchase, making it particularly useful for anyone skeptical of the financial commitment involved in buying a AAA game at full price. Here’s what you need to know about the trial, and how you can get in on the action.

To get access to the Battlefield 2042 10-hour trial, you’ll need to subscribe to one of a few different premium services. The following players get access to the trial included in their subscriptions:

Battlefield 2042 hosted an open beta in early October, and players in that beta worried about the state of the game just a month out from release. The game itself doesn’t launch until Nov. 19, so this trial will not only allow players to try it out before buying — they’ll also get to play the finished game before anyone else does, seeing for themselves whether or not the post-beta improvements are substantial enough to merit a purchase.
