Fortnite’s Winterfest Event has ended and we’re finally due another major title update in the next few days. If you’re wondering when Fortnite 19.10 is due to release and what this update is going to introduce, we have the latest for you below…
LATEST – Deep Freeze Bundle arrives in-store
It’s been a long time coming but the Deep Freeze Bundle pack is back in Fortnite’s store for a limited time! There’s no word on how long this will be available, though – so you’re better off picking it up as soon as you can.
We’re under the impression that it will be available until the end of the Winterfest Event.
Update 19.10 Release Time – When does it drop?
Fortnite’s next major title update is expected to release on Tuesday, 4th or 11th January at the following times:
- 01:00 PST
- 04:00 EST
- 09:00 GMT

This isn’t out of the ordinary and we’re expecting Epic Games to follow the same schedule as usual for this next title update.
This means we’re going to see Matchmaking disabled around half an hour before the 19.10 update is introduced and we should see around an hour of downtime – to allow Epic Games to implement all the changes.
What are we expecting in this update?
In terms of actual content, we were expecting two major collaborations to hit Fortnite during this update – The Matrix and The Book of Boba Fett. Unfortunately, both of these landed during the 19.01 update prior to Christmas.
We find ourselves in a very rare situation where very little is known or has been leaked about the brand new content. This does, however, leave us feeling very excited for what will be revealed when everything is live.
As always, there’s also going to be a series of balancing changes and gameplay tweaks – so if there’s a bug you have on your radar, it might be fixed by tomorrow lunchtime! Keep an eye on Fortnite for the latest…
