With WSL 2, users get performance, file system access, system compatibility, and the GPU acceleration needed to boost productivity in AI and ML workflows. Now you get much faster file system access, FULL system calls compatibility, and GPU acceleration support² enabling you to complete complex Linux workflows such as AI and machine learning training.

While your Z by HP workstation comes preloaded with Ubuntu on WSL 2, you can also get your favorite distribution from the Microsoft Store, import a custom distribution and even build your own! Just type wsl –list –online on your WSL 2 console to see a list of available distributions.
