This feels like it’s come around super fast, but it’s time once again for the next official Formula One game. Codemasters has released the above teaser for EA Sports F1 24, this year’s instalment in the motorsport sim series. While it doesn’t give us many clues as to what’s new, a press release gives us a little more insight.
F1 24 will largely be familiar if you’ve played previous entries, but will of course feature the new season’s teams, cars, and circuits. The game will have “an overhauled Career mode” as well as “a new EA SPORTS Dynamic Handling System”, whatever that means.
Interestingly, fans who play EA Sports F1 23 can get an early look at in-game cars from the 2024 season — if they pre-order the upcoming title. If you do, you will be able to hop into selected vehicles in Time Trial events prior to the real world season’s first weekend (which begins 29th February in Bahrain).
A proper unveiling of the game is coming in April, and it’ll be available for PS5 and PS4 starting 31st May 2024, so it’s just a few months away. Are you excited for EA Sports F1 24? Join the grid in the comments section below.
