Großbritanniens alternativer Kreditgeber ThinCats nimmt 160 Millionen Pfund von Wafra Capital auf

In Großbritannien ansässiger alternativer Kreditgeber ThinCats hat 160 Millionen Pfund an strategischen Investitionen von Wafra Capital Partners (WCP).

Amany Attia, CEO von ThinCats, sagte in einer Erklärung: „Dies ist ein wichtiger nächster Schritt für uns als Kreditgeber und ermöglicht es uns, die Vorteile der Nichtbankenkreditvergabe einem breiteren Universum mittelständischer Unternehmen zugänglich zu machen.“

ThinCats, das 2 als P2011P-Immobilienkreditgeber begann, musste das Geschäft schließen und Piv ot zu einem alternativen Finanzierungsmodell für KMU im Jahr 2019. Seitdem hat sich das Kreditbuch des Unternehmens in den letzten drei Jahren auf mehr als 500 Millionen Pfund verzehnfacht, sagte ThinCats in einem Blog.

In den letzten drei Jahren hat sich unser ausstehender Kreditbestand von 49 Millionen Pfund im April 2018 auf 508 Millionen Pfund im April 2021 mehr als verzehnfacht. Das bedeutet, dass derzeit mehr als 0.5 Milliarden Pfund hart daran arbeiten, mittelständische Unternehmen in ganz Großbritannien zu unterstützen.

In den letzten drei Jahren hat ThinCats seine Einzelhandelsplattform umgebaut und die ehemalige Verbriefungschefin von Lehman Brothers, Amany, als CEO eingestellt, um die Kreditvergabe zu stärken.
