According to Steam, “the game’s anti-cheat is not configured to support Stea Deck.” In other words, The Finals isn’t playable on Steam Deck’s native OS because of Easy Anti-Cheat, a software measure that prevents cheating in online multiplayer games.

Players can expect about 50-60 FPS from The Finals once they play it on the Steam Deck. This should be good enough to make gameplay enjoyable and relatively smooth.
