Cairns region: Top sales in our most expensive streets – realestate.com.au

The highest sales in the most expensive streets in the Cairns region have been revealed, with all of the top 10 locales recording median values north of $1 million.

Top of the list was Solander Blvd at Port Douglas, which has a median street value of $1.775 million, according to analysis by Ray White Group.

A five-bedroom residence on a 827sq m block holds the street record after it sold for $3.05 million in May 2021.

Its closest rival is a three-bedroom Asian-inspired pavilion house that sold for $2.5 million in July 2021.

In second place is Falcon St in Bayview Heights.

The suburb itself has an affordable median house price of $635,000, but publicly available records show that prices have soared on Falcon St.

A 7-bedroom house on a 2362sq m block sold for $2.79 million in February last year, while a 4-bedroom on 1.12ha sold for $2.5 million in June last year.

Marina Quay at Trinity Park came in third place with a median street value of $1.5 million.

Located in the exclusive Bluewater Estate, the top sale on the street belongs to a luxe 5-bedroom residence on a 600sq m block that sold for $2.7 million in May last year.

In fourth spot is Bellmere Lane, Redlynch, which has a median street value of $1.479 million.

The top recorded sale goes to a 6-bedroom house on a 2001sq m block which sold for $1.775 million in June last year.

It is closely followed by a 6-bedder on a 2001sq m block which sold for $1.7 million in September 2022.

And rounding out the top five most expensive streets is Stevens St at Clifton Beach with a median street value of $1.475 million.

There, the top sale was recorded in February last year when a 4-bedroom residence changed hands for $1.55 million.

13-15 Stevens Street, Clifton Beach, sold for $1.55m


Hot on its heels was a 5-bedroom house on a 8612sq m block that sold for $1.5 million in April 2022.
