BOOBIE joins the ranks of Yeah to complete a lineup that was brought down to four players following the exit of Alef “tatazin” Pereira, who was benched at the beginning of the month and transferred to a streamer/content creator role within the organization.
The move comes after the 23-year-old played the Dust2.us Masters FPL Cup 1 and the ESEA Autumn Cash Cup 1 with Yeah, where the team made the final and semi-finals, respectively.
Yeah are back to five players with the addition of BOOBIE
“I feel this team has a lot of promise already in NA,” BOOBIE said in the team’s official statement, “right now im just trying to build our chemistry together as teammates and as friends. My relationship with f4stzin, dumau and RCF has been great so far, they’re pretty easy to get along with and for Swisher, we’ve known each other for a little while now and we’ve always been cool with each other. With that being said things are going in the right direction.”
Yeah are currently set to play the IEM Beijing-Haidan 2020 North America Closed Qualifier starting on October 30, and will be in attendance at the eight-team DreamHack Masters Winter North America starting late November, where they will join the likes of Liquid, Evil Geniuses and TeamOne.
