Sanhua is the greatest pick for a Sub-DPS as her Outro Skill will buff Lingyang’s Basic Attack damage, which is essentially all you’ll be doing. And a 14 second buff is not something to be shrugged off.

So instead of Verina, you’ll want the next-best support, which is thankfully a resonator that you will get automatically: Baizhi.

The only drawback to the above team comp is that all of these resonators are of the Glacio attribute, which means you’ll have a tough time against enemies resistant to this attribute. In such cases, you can quickly switch to another powerful resonator, like Rover, to deal with them.
Baizhi is a great support character that is the next best fit from Verina, which is why I’d suggest her. You may think that Baizhi actually presents as a better support, due to two healing abilities. However, it is easier to scale Verina’s damage than it is to scale Baizhi’s health. And with Verina’s larger healing percentage, you’ll be able to heal much more health much quicker.
