We have redesigned our template to assist ITAD managers in the planning of a comprehensive strategy to repurpose their equipment. Based on our research of thousands of specific customer requirements, our template has been revised to reflect precise client demands. The template also provides SLS with the opportunity to use our vast ITAD experience in a consultative role to ensure that our potential customers understand the complete ITAD process.
The new template details the entire scope of work from onboarding and scheduling to financial settlement of assets that are resold, redeployed or recycled.

While some areas of ITAD disposition, such as data security, documentation and chain of command, continue to be at the forefront of customer requirements, our recent experience has shown that many corporate ITAD requests are also focusing more heavily on remarketing, innovation and sustainability issues.
Customers are requiring more information in the RFP phase of projects regarding the remarketing of their assets concerning not only the financial return, but the carbon avoidance achieved by reusing their assets and their contribution to the circular economy.
While not a comprehensive list of all questions to ask, our updated RFP Template is detailed in a way that allows ITAD managers in diverse fields of industry to formulate an effective ITAD program.
