Zach Pavlosky has over 10 years of experience as Director, V.P. Corporate Development and other transactional roles at several boutique investment banks in Washington, D.C. and California. He has a successful track record of providing M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic advisory services to clients in a number of industries, including tech, transportation/logistics, healthcare, cannabis, financial services, asset management, and advanced manufacturing.
Zach is a CFA charterholder since 2018, and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Medicine and lives with his wife and son in Annapolis, Maryland.
