A new WWE 2K22 leak gives wrestling fans an early look at the game’s PS5 cover art as well as details on how to play it early ahead of release date. The leak comes via news outlet TechnikNews and shows two versions of WWE 2K22 on PS5 including both the standard and deluxe editions, depicting cover star Rey Mysterio. WWE 2K22 will reportedly offer a 3-day early access pass via its deluxe edition which also includes bonus content. Early access goes live on March 8, 2022, pointing to a release date of March 11, 2022. Those who pay for the pricier version will get season pass DLC as well as The Undertaker Immortal Pack. As the name suggests, this DLC bundles together three personas for The Undertaker while unlocking content for the MyFaction game mode. One last nugget worth highlighting is an even more premium version of long-awaited sequel. The leak has also unearthed a WWE 2K22 nWo 4-Life Edition though its contents are unknown. We’d guess that it features the base game, deluxe content, and some king of physical merch. WWE 2K22 comes following the poor reception that WWE 2K20 received which in turn left 2K skipping out on WWE 2K21. Instead, a stop gap release was made through WWE 2K Battlegrounds.
