Trouble is brewing for the agents of Overwatch. Following Overwatch's Year of the Tiger event, a new and significantly less fortuitous event has begun: Reaper's Code of Violence. Entirely centered around the fallen hero, the event allows players to pick up seven exclusive sprays, a shiny new icon, and a Legendary skin for Reaper by simply playing and watching Overwatch matches between now and March 8.
Throughout the next two weeks, players can earn up to nine limited-time rewards simply by playing Overwatch and watching channels featured in Twitch's Overwatch game category. While it takes quite a few games in order to secure Reaper's new Legendary skin--27, to be exact--Blizzard has confirmed that any wins players secure will actually count as two matches played, significantly expediting the process.
In order to earn Twitch rewards, players must first ensure they are signed up to receive Twitch Drops. To do so, players must connect their Battle.net account to their Twitch account using the Twitch Connections page.
Here is a complete list of all of the items you can earn:
Quick Play, Competitive, or Arcade Rewards:
Play 9 games -- Dusk Player Icon
Play 18 games -- New Spray: Deadly Mischief
Play 27 games -- New Legendary Dusk Reaper Skin
Twitch Rewards:
Watch 2 hours -- 1 Spray
Watch an additional 2 hours -- 2 Sprays
Watch an additional 2 hours -- 3 Sprays
In addition to the in-game challenge, Blizzard has also released a short story following Gabriel Reyes (Reaper) as he learns to "reconcile with leaving his past behind and accept the consequences of moving forward." In addition to Reyes, the story also heavily features fellow Talon member Sombra, providing players with greater insight into the pair's relationship and the malevolent organization.
The latest entry in the Recharged series, Breakout Recharged revitalizes the classic brick breaker with challenging gameplay, all new power-ups, and modern graphics. Gamers Heroes spoke with Atari CEO Wade Rosen to learn more about this title and what the future has in store for the company.
Players playing the pre-release version of Nintendo Switch Sports are forbidden from talking about their experiences with the game on social media – despite the Online Play Test being free to anyone with a Switch Online membership.
Cyberpunk 2077 received its latest update today via patch 1.5, coming to next-gen consoles and PC, as well as PS4 and Xbox One. The patch (originally planned to release last year), addresses various technical issues while also adding in new weapons, apartments, and balancing improvements to the game.
Cyberpunk 2077 had a pretty rough time over the last year or so, but CD Projekt Red has at last managed to add in more features that were promised before the game’s launch. So far, the developer has stuck to the roadmap that was established back in January 2021, but delays did occur along the way. Furthermore, there are still a lot of improvements and free DLC’s that have yet to come, as well as larger and more substantial updates to introduce new features and storylines to the game. While Cyberpunk 2077‘s 1.5 patch doesn’t quite offer anything substantial in those regards, it does feature a few welcome changes, particularly for PC players.

Ah, the good old website countdown. We’ve not seen one of these in quite some time. Capcom is teasing some sort of announcement for the end of this week with a seven-day countdown timer that began a few hours ago on its official website. The page doesn't have anything else on it that could potentially hint at what this is all about besides the black background and white text.
The countdown will end at 6am GMT / 10pm PT (10th February) / 1am ET on Monday 21st February 2022, which just so happens to coincide with the final day of Capcom's Pro Tour 2021 season final. Therefore, it's possible the countdown could be related to an announcement scheduled for the fighting event. The final day action begins six hours before the countdown in question hits zero.
