The renowned Cedar Gallery sits at the top of the village, and features a stunning vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, commercial picture hanging system and airconditioning.
Off the gallery is a functional kitchen and there are five guest rooms, all fully furnished.
The main house has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a walk-in robe, airconditioning and ensuite.
A central kitchen offers direct views over the village.
Off the house is an extra dual garage with electric roller door and tiled internal laundry.
The main house yard is fenced and also includes a fully netted catio, also known as a cat patio.
At the back of the property is a second residence, which acted as the old sawmill managers house.
It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
Other features include 150,000L of rainwater storage, septic systems, a large undercover area with power that was once the old sawmill, six undercover pens/stables and multiple fenced paddocks.
“Cedar Galleries will offer buyers the opportunity to live the rural Queensland dream with facilities in place for potential business ventures or invite the whole family and live together,” the listing by LJ Hooker agent Jay Murray-Lowe says.
“For 13 years this property has been loved and cherished by the current owners and our community.”
It is listed for offers over $1.35 million, far less than Beyonce’s engagement ring.
