To obtain an Herba Mystica, you will have to emerge victorious in either a five-star or six-star Tera Raid Pokémon battle. From there, you simply add a combination of two Herba Mysticas to the sandwich alongside a cucumber, pickle, and three servings of another ingredient. By adding three of a specific ingredient, certain Pokémon types will have a higher spawn rate.
