Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous’ Common Cause quest takes place near the end of the crusaders’ long war, as the faction prepares for its final assault on the Gray Garrison. In their efforts to take the garrison, they’re looking for all the help they can get, even if it comes from people they might previously have scorned. Here’s what you need to know to complete the quest.

The Common Cause quest tasks players with finding allies for the assault on Grey Garrison. It tells players that “Potential allies may be found in the most unlikely of places,” but it can be helpful to have a little more specificity about which unlikely places are really worth exploring.
One such place is the Market Square. If you head there, you’ll have the chance to save a group of Tieflings that can join the war effort.
Another place to visit for friends would be Blackwing Library, where you can save a group of crusaders from imposters. They’ll join up if you’re successful in your efforts.
Finally, if you solved the Feud of the Faithful quest without resorting to violence, you can send either Hulrun or Ramien and their soldiers to the front — you can’t send both.
Once that’s done, there’s nothing left to do but begin the attack.
