US Hispanic market focused Palladium Equity has hired Meahgan O’Grady in the newly-created position of director of business development to work with deal teams on deal sourcing and origination.
O’Grady joined Palladium from KPS Capital Partners, where she was vice president, head of business development, mid-cap. She was previously head of originations at Long Point Capital and had been a senior associate in Goldman Sachs’ fixed income department.
The firm said O’Grady brought with her her deep relationships across multiple channels, including development teams of both public and private corporations, investment banks and industry executives.

The firm brought in former New York City Comptroller CIO Deborah Gallegos as managing director in April. It carried out a major high level reshuffle last year by naming six new partners and transitioning out the then president and COO David Perez, senior managing director Luis Zaldivar and managing director Erik Scott.
The $3bn-managing firm beat its target to hold a final close of its fifth buyout fund on $1.56bn in 2019.
