Although they are just a few blocks down from one another, Palmer Athletics Agency and Berry & Associates couldn’t be more different in their pitches and overall vision for MP’s career. For those wondering who is going to make their professional lives easier in the long run, here’s the breakdown of which agency players should sign with in NBA 2K22 MyCareer on Next Gen.

As seen previously in past 2Ks, NBA 2K22’s MyCareer story invites players to sit down with two very different agencies and make their pick in the “The Come Up: Draft Day” quest.
Ultimately, although both make it sees as if choosing one or the other is a matter or life and death, whichever decision you come to will still allow you to do most of the RPG-esque activities off the court regardless.
As such, it really comes down to, as Ricky says, who you personally feel more comfortable working with. For those simply worried about hooping and want the most established agency in the game to represent them in a more textbook, traditional way, pick PAA.
Otherwise, if you’re more interested in building your personal brand, especially with fashion and music industry endeavors, opt for B&A.
