“Globally, Park City represents an intersection of work and lifestyle. Part of our mission is to elegantly blend those world’s together in a way that drives performance. Park City and Kiln are a natural fit.” says Arian Lewis, Founder and CEO of Kiln.

Kiln is expanding their operations by launching their fifth flex-office space and coworking community located at 1090 Center Drive, Park City, UT. The handcrafted workspace will offer private and open office spaces, meeting rooms, large event space, phone booths, and a robust set of wellness-focused amenities (including a mountaineering club) for transient executives, creatives, and tech and enterprise teams.

“Globally, Park City represents an intersection of work and lifestyle. Part of our mission is to elegantly blend those world’s together in a way that drives performance. Park City and Kiln are a natural fit.” says Arian Lewis, Founder and CEO of Kiln.

Kiln’s new Park City location will transform what was previously Kimball Junction’s Jupiter Bowling Alley. In partnership with Newpark Retail, EDA, and Serenity Construction, a joint restorative project is underway to provide all-inclusive, flexible office space solutions that enhance creativity, lifestyle, and professionalism.

“Post-COVID, the corporate strategy for workspace is evolving. Professionals have changed their appetite for how they want to work. Lifestyle focused communities like Park City seem to be the landing places for individuals and businesses that previously resided in large metropolises,” says Andrew Redpath, Co-Founder and COO of Kiln.

Kiln plans to grow across the Mountain West and West Coast, where sustainability and wellness are particularly prioritized. It has under-development up to five additional locations that are set to come online over the next 12 to 18 months in such markets as San Diego, Boise, and Phoenix.

Those interested in visiting Kiln Park City, even prior to its official opening March 1, 2021, can book their tours online at kiln.co or message Sales Manager, Kelsey at kelsey@kiln.co. Now taking reservations.

About Kiln

The Kiln team has been designing, building and operating flex-office and coworking spaces all over the world for over a decade. Before they launched Kiln, Founders Arian Lewis (CEO) and Leigh Radford (Creative Director), worked in the design and development of other coworking brands including Central Working and Rise. Together, Leigh and Arian developed locations in London, New York, Tel Aviv, Mumbai, Capetown, and elsewhere. The third Founder, Andrew Redpath (COO,) spent the last decade and a half in investment banking and innovation.

Kiln focuses on tech and creative teams and currently is home to more than 1,100 members and 250 businesses across its four locations, including Go1, Forethought, Everee and Chamber Media. Twenty percent of each location’s office space is dedicated to coworking space (open concept, floating desks) while 80% is dedicated to flex-office space.

Kiln is a boutique, lifestyle-oriented coworking and flex-office space. Unlike run-of-the-mill coworking spaces, Kiln blends work and lifestyle with all-inclusive amenities that support its members holistically, including an on-site theater, refresh rooms, deep work rooms, a parenting room, a café, a podcast studio, walking and biking desks along with a variety of events and programming. Kiln locations are purposefully designed with more than 20 propertiatary bespoke design products.

With an emphasis on human interaction, Kiln has taken an industry-leading approach to COVID-19, installing hospital grade proactive HVAC purifier system that uses ions and oxidizers to kill viruses in the air and on surfaces, an antimicrobial brass “Kiln Key system,” temperature check-ins for members and staff and seven other proactive tactics.

The team opened its first Kiln location in 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah, followed by locations in Lehi, Utah and soon to be Park City, Utah. They opened a location in Boulder, Colo. in October 2020. The company plans to continue to expand in lifestyle markets across the West, including in California, Colorado, Texas, Idaho, Nevada, Washington and Arizona.
