Here’s how you wake up the dead businessmen in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth brings about multiple missions. Some of these missions are wacky and this mission is one of them. While trying to get the Grasslands Protorelic back, you will come across some suspicious bunch of crooks. Cloud has to talk to these hooligans if he wants to get the Protorelic back. There’s just one problem. They’re pretending to be Businessmen, Dead Businessmen, to be specific.

These guys have to be woken up if Cloud wants any hope of completing his task. Swinging around his gigantic Buster Sword is, unfortunately, not the solution here. This guide will show you how to wake these con men from the dead.

How to Wake up the Dead Businessmen in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

There is only one way to wake up the thugs. Cloud has to flip a switch on a control panel that will release a giant yellow box on a crane. The sound of the crate falling will startle the “dead” businessmen and they will have to face your wrath.

Simply walk up to the switch shown in the image and hold the triangle button to release the box. Once you finish performing forced necromancy, you’ll have to fight your way through Beck’s Badasses and a Modded Sweeper. Once that’s done, you finally get your Protorelic back.
