Comvest Partners has announced it has acquired Your Behavioral Health (YBH).
YBH, based in Torrance, Calif., is a provider of mental health and addiction treatment services for adults and teens. The company operates 17 facilities throughout Southern California, providing clinical inpatient, outpatient, interventional psychiatry and residential care across its family of brands.
Comvest, based in West Palm Beach, Fla., is a middle-market private equity and credit investing firm. Its private equity strategy is to pursue control investments in multiple industries, including healthcare services. The firm seeks to make $50 million to $150 million-plus investment per transaction in companies with revenue between $50 million and $1 billion.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
