Aria Property development manager Michael Hurley said the project would continue to build on the developer’s significant investment in the area.

“Our vision was to continue to support and invest in the area, building on our long-term relationships and establishing new connections within the community,” Mr Hurley said.

“We’re excited to contribute to its future growth and opportunities.”

This year, Aria is on track to have three buildings completed in South Brisbane and Kangaroo Point, offering more than 400 units — ‘Riviere’, ‘Upper House’, and ‘Trellis’.

All three projects are sold out and construction has begun on another project, ‘Canopy House’ in Kangaroo Point, valued at $193m.

The developer has also had some signficant re-sales in ‘The Standard’, with a three-bedroom unit recently selling for over $1m more than the original purchase price of $1.249m in 2021.

Also boosting housing supply in Brisbane’s inner south is Sekisui House, with its ‘Allere Collection’ of apartments in West Village now 75 per cent sold.

Comprising two buildings, Uno and Duo, comprising 203 apartments fronting Mollison Street in West End, the project is slated for completion by late 2024.

A new sales record was set for the suburb in December last year when a five-bedroom penthouse in the Allere Collection sold off-the-plan for $7.016m.

It comes as Unison Projects lodges plans with Brisbane City Council for a West End apartment project.

The tower, dubbed Bank & Mollison, would sit next to Sekisui’s West Village and will offer 101 apartments, an indoor and outdoor gym, a wellness lawn complete with a cold plunge and magnesium spa. and a lap pool and pool deck.

Unison now have a pipeline of over 430 apartments with an end value in excess of $450m.
