Thank you for joining us today Matt, we’ve been in close contact for some time with HoDooi being one of the key strategic investments of Hillrise Ventures. We’re excited to have you here with our community to talk about your platform and strategy to become a key player in the NFT space.

As an introduction, could you tell us more about yourself and give us the rundown on what you are building at HoDooi?

I am Matt, Cofounder and former CEO of Travala.com and now a Founder and CEO of HoDooi.com, a multi-chain NFT marketplace.

We noticed a gap within the NFT space such as; high fee rates, not easily accessible rewards, inability for platforms to host a user-friendly experience, and inability to provide various payment options. These factors will be tackled by HoDooi.com

Matt, you mentioned that in the past you founded Travala.com — a leading crypto-friendly travel booking marketplace that is still performing strong with over $1.5M in growing monthly revenue. That must be truly exciting, as a founder!

Can you tell us more about your decision to co-found HoDooi together with Bryson this year, and some of the lessons learned, and experience from Travala that you are bringing over to HoDooi?

In fact, Travala.com just this week reached $1M in revenue, with last month reaching another new milestone of over $3.5M in monthly revenue. That’s a growth of over 4000% year-on-year.

After the merger with Binance I decided that I wanted to try something new. I noticed the pain-points with current NFT platforms and wanted to make a difference — which I know I can have. Being the former CEO brought many great lessons and experiences I have been able to bring to HoDooi.com to ensure we create and provide the best NFT platform we can to our users.
